Design Concept & The Story of Merodi
This charming series was created by Will Studio, an artist who has been passionately running their studio full-time since 2020. The artist specializes in using clay to create hand-painted, three-dimensional art, which gives the Merodi figures their highly unique, textured "handmade clay" feel.
So, who is Merodi? Merodi is a mischievous and quirky little girl who loves playing pranks to get attention, though she sometimes goes a bit too far. One day, after getting lost in the countryside, she discovered a magical ability: she could understand the language of animals!
Her design is inspired by the pure joy of the moment the school bell rings. Every day after class, Merodi rushes into the woods to run wild with her animal friends. Using her wild imagination, she helps her furry companions solve their problems, slowly growing from a little troublemaker into a tiny guardian. For Merodi, life is an endless adventure, and every day with her friends is like opening a surprise blind box!
