Who We Are

Kikibuddies is operated by a Hong Kong–registered company, founded by three collectors who believe that art toys are more than collectibles — they are a lifestyle.

The concept of Kikibuddies was formed in early 2025. Since then, we have been dedicated to curating high-quality art toy outfits, accessories, and selected collectible items for collectors worldwide. KikiBuddies is a commercial retail store operating as an independent reseller and accessories retailer for collectible figures.


Our Philosophy

At Kikibuddies, our belief is simple:

Not a toy, a lifestyle.

We focus on how art toys are displayed, styled, and lived with — not just owned.
Every product we offer is selected based on visual compatibility, craftsmanship, and collector experience, rather than hype alone.
Our products include:

• Third-party collectible items obtained through lawful resale channels


Our Team

Kikibuddies was created by three partners, each responsible for a core pillar of the brand:

  • Cassandra — Chief Product Manager
    Responsible for product logic, outfit selection, and fit standards. Cassandra focuses on how each piece looks, feels, and performs in real collector displays.

  • Johnson — Supplier & Sourcing Lead
    Oversees supplier relationships and quality control, working closely with trusted suppliers and community-validated creators to ensure consistency and reliability.

  • Bruce — Growth & Platform Lead
    Handles traffic strategy, advertising, and the full website experience — from structure and performance to long-term scalability.

What We Offer

Kikibuddies operates in two primary areas:

1. Collectible Figures (Resale)
We source original collectible figures from the secondary market and offer them as an independent reseller.
All figures are sold as-is with condition and packaging details clearly stated on each product page.

2. Outfits & Accessories
We design, curate, and offer third-party outfits, accessories, and protective products compatible with popular 17cm collectible figures.

Kikibuddies is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with any official brand,
IP holder, or manufacturer unless explicitly stated.

 

How We Operate

Kikibuddies is legally established and operated in Hong Kong, and our Hong Kong entity is responsible for all commercial activities on this website, including order fulfillment, customer service, and after-sales support.

To better serve customers in North America, we work with operational and payment service partners in the United States, supporting website performance, checkout experience, and logistics coordination.

These partners do not act as the seller of record.

Our Collector-First Approach

Everything we do is guided by a collector’s perspective:

  • Clear and honest product descriptions

  • Transparent compatibility references

  • Practical styling and display guidance

  • Consistent quality standards

If it doesn’t work in a real collector’s setup, it doesn’t belong at KikiBuddies.


Our Inspiration

We were deeply fascinated by Kasing Lung’s creative story and artistic intent.
In Labubu’s mischievous grin and jagged teeth, we saw something profound — a complex, imperfect, yet lovable spirit that resonated with us as collectors.

That emotional connection inspired us not to replicate the character, but to explore how styling, clothing, and presentation can enhance the way collectors interact with their figures.


What We Do

  • Styling solutions for display, photography, and shelf presentation

  • Clear size and fit references to reduce uncertainty

  • Limited-run pieces inspired by real community styling trends

For collectors’ convenience, we may also offer a small selection of collectible figures sourced from the secondary market.

All collectible figures offered are resale items.
KikiBuddies is not an authorized distributor of any original brand.
