We focus on curated designer toys, collectible figures, doll outfits, accessories, and lifestyle-style display ideas for collectors who care about details, aesthetics, and the story behind every little buddy.

Our Team

Cassandra

Co-Founder / Product Curation & Aesthetic Direction

Cassandra leads product selection and the overall visual taste of KikiBuddies. She focuses on finding pieces that feel cute, collectible, giftable, and emotionally special — not just items that look popular.

From dolls and outfits to display accessories and lifestyle pairings, Cassandra helps shape the KikiBuddies aesthetic: soft, playful, clean, and full of tiny joy.

Johnson

Online Visual Presentation & Marketing

Johnson is responsible for how KikiBuddies appears online — from website visuals and product presentation to marketing content and customer-facing storytelling.

His role is to turn each product into a clear, appealing online experience, helping customers better understand what they are buying, how it looks, how it can be styled, and why it may be a good fit for their collection.

Leah

Customer Care / Supply Chain & Fulfillment

Leah manages customer support, order follow-up, supplier coordination, packing, shipping, and after-sales communication.

She helps make sure customers receive clear updates, careful packing, and support when questions or delivery issues happen. For us, customer care does not end after checkout — it continues until the order safely arrives and the customer feels supported.

Yang

External Partnerships & Relationship Outreach

Yang supports KikiBuddies as an external relationship and partnership contact. His role focuses on helping the team build communication channels with suppliers, partners, and external resources when needed.

As KikiBuddies continues to grow, Yang helps us stay connected with the right people, explore potential collaboration opportunities, and support smoother communication outside of our daily store operations.

How We Work With Customers

Because many of our products are collectibles, details matter. Condition, packaging, accessories, compatibility, shipping expectations, and after-sales support can all affect the buying experience.

That is why we try to communicate clearly before and after purchase. When customers have questions about product condition, box details, outfit compatibility, delivery timing, or order issues, our team works to give practical and honest answers.

KikiBuddies is built by a small team, but we want every customer to feel that there are real people behind the store — people who care about collectibles, visual presentation, and the tiny moments of joy these products bring.

Why KikiBuddies Exists

Collecting is not only about finding a figure. It is also about how that figure lives with you.

Some collectors are looking for a blind box surprise. Some want a confirmed style for a cleaner setup. Some are building a Labubu outfit rotation, a display shelf, or a character world they can follow over time. KikiBuddies exists to bring those needs into one clearer collector experience.

What We Curate

Resale Collectibles

We carry selected art toys and collectible figures from well-known character worlds, including POP MART-related IPs and other designer toy lines when available. These products are presented for collector reference, with product pages focused on format, condition, packaging, and display use.

Styling Accessories

We offer doll outfits, accessories, bags, hats, and display pieces that help collectors style compatible figures. These items are made for everyday display, bag charm setups, shelf scenes, photo moments, and gifting.

Unless a product page clearly says otherwise, styling accessories do not include the figure or doll shown in photos.

KIKI Studio

KIKI Studio is the creative side of KikiBuddies. It is our space for original, authorized, and incubated character worlds with stronger visual identity, deeper storytelling, and collector-ready design language.

Our current active studio focus is KOKOMILO, an AUGONE Studio character world introduced through KIKI Studio.

How We Work

We aim to make each product page clearer for collectors: what the item is, which character or series it belongs to, whether it is a blind box, confirmed style, plush pendant, figure, outfit, accessory, or display piece, what is included, whether the figure is included, and how the item can be styled, displayed, or collected.

We also keep our brand relationships clear. KikiBuddies is an independent retailer and collector-focused store. Product names, character names, and brand names may be used for identification, compatibility, and collector reference only.
Our Collector Point of View

We like collectibles that can become part of daily life: a figure on a desk, a styled doll on a shelf, a bag charm with personality, a small scene that makes a room feel more yours.
