- Condition checks (fabric, structure)
- Fit and proportion accuracy for figures
- Visual styling and real-display readiness
Only products that meet our internal standards are approved for sale.

Kikibuddies sources products directly from China, where the global art toy manufacturing and collector ecosystem is most developed.
This allows us to access a wider range of limited editions, discontinued items, and high-demand pieces that are often unavailable through standard retail channels.

Our after-sales: customer submits via email, we log and triage the case (photos/videos required for verification, especially for dolls),

Order Fulfillment & Shipping SOP
After order confirmation, we follow an SOP for picking, packing, and photographing each parcel, then ship via tracked carriers. Tracking numbers are sent by email so you can monitor delivery.
